What we have here is the project of the digital motorcycle magazine MotorcycleUSA.com in a 2008 Suzuki GSX-R 750 .
Last year the Stamford Superbikes company in the United Kingdom had created a similar motorcycle, but it seems that this is the first time this paint scheme has been made on a Suzuki GSX-R in the USA.
In 2007, Chris Vermeulen already made his tribute to Barry Sheene in his Suzuki GSV-R at the Australian Grand Prix, and this project GSX-R MotorcycleUSA, prepared by Grant Matsushima of MPT, is a reproduction of that motorcycle.
The parts and accessories that have been added are:
· Complete exhaust system made by hand by MPT. The escape is a KR Tuned.
· Brembo brake calipers
· Brembo brake pump
· Kevlar coated brake hoses
· Ohlins front forks
· Rear shock absorber Ohlins TTX
· A shorter gear
· Dunlop 209 tires.
The bike reaches 150bhp on the rear wheel, special blue and white paint has been made by Matt Polosky of Color Zone Designs, and in the next stage, MotorcycleUSA plans to add lighter wheels, traction control and other high-tech accessories to your GSX-R project to make it go even faster.
