Por desgracia, perdi\u00f3 una significativa\u00a0altura libre al suelo (v\u00eda de escape) y tuvo que adoptar unas llantas de 17&#8243; que ofrec\u00edan s\u00f3lo un peque\u00f1o margen de error.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cada detalle del chasis y del motor de la GSX-R fue reevaluado para la <strong>Suzuki GSX-R 750 1988<\/strong>. El carenado se redise\u00f1\u00f3 con un 5,7% menos de proyecci\u00f3n frontal y un 11% m\u00e1s bajo. La distancia entre ejes de 1.400mm hizo a la GSX-R, la moto m\u00e1s compacta de la clase.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El chasis de aluminio de aleaci\u00f3n ligera de 45 mm incorporaba un\u00a0cuadro de tubo en la secci\u00f3n principal\u00a0y el basculante qued\u00f3 un 60% m\u00e1s r\u00edgido. Las barras de horquilla frontal se incrementaron en 43 mm de di\u00e1metro con barras de amortiguadores variables de ajuste interno.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La parte posterior de la <strong>Suzuki GSXR 750 1988\u00a0<\/strong>ofrec\u00eda suspensi\u00f3n flotante completa con varillaje nuevo y rodamiento de agujas para una mayor suavidad. Pinzas de freno de 4 pistones opuestos, nuevo peso de ahorro hueco typecast ruedas huecas m\u00e1s ligeras y neum\u00e1ticos radiales Michelin.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El distintivo motor SACS de la <strong>Suzuki GSXR 750 1988<\/strong>, refrigerado por aire, recibi\u00f3 una manguera de aceite de mayor di\u00e1metro y un 20% de aumento en el flujo de refrigerante, mejorando la eficiencia de la refrigeraci\u00f3n en un 48%.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La zona roja en la <strong>Suzuki GSXR 750 1988<\/strong>\u00a0se inici\u00f3 a 13.000 rpm. El di\u00e1metro de carrera del motor cambi\u00f3 desde los anteriores 70&#215;48.7mm a unos m\u00e1s cortos 73&#215;44,7mm, reduciendo la p\u00e9rdida de movimiento mec\u00e1nico.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los nuevos carburadores <strong>Slingshot<\/strong> de la\u00a0<strong>Suzuki GSXR 750 1988<\/strong>, estaban equipados con v\u00e1lvulas de mariposa ligeras, para una mayor capacidad de respuesta del acelerador. Otra adici\u00f3n importante fue la incorporaci\u00f3n del <strong>SACI (Suzuki Condensed Air Intake)<\/strong>, sistema que lleva aire fresco, desde los conductos de entrada de aire en la parte
